Zach and Bryanna were married this past weekend at the Allansdale Mansion in Kingsport, Tennesee. It was such a beautiful day filled to the brim with every thoughtful detail you could possibly imagine from peacock feathers in Bryanna’s bouquet to vintage lawn games, gorgeous unique centerpieces filled with beautiful antiques and even the benches and ceremony pieces were made by Bryanna’s family! Zach’s family had a large hand in the food, which makes total sense since Zach’s Dad is a chef in New York City and from what I’ve heard if you have the chance to eat at their table you do not want to pass it up! But, I’m getting waaaaay off track! Let me back up about 8 years… Zach and Bryanna met at Liberty University in marching band. Zach came to the marching band by chance. There was a hole in the drill that needed to be filled and Dr. Kerr sent the officers (of which I was one!) all over campus to recruit someone. When we heard Zach played trumpet we thought PERFECT, the only problem was we needed a trombone player, oy vey, oh and Zach didn’t know how to march, hahaha. Zach was a total trooper though, picked up a trombone and learned how to march all in just a few weeks. Little did he know that the color guard girl marching her spot just a few steps behind him was going to be walking down the aisle to become his wife just a few years later. I have loved getting to see their relationship blossom from friendship into such a beautiful romance. Their wedding was truly such an honor to photograph and I am so excited for these two to continue their adventures, now as husband and wife!!
