Ah, Rome. Words can’t even begin to touch the experience that was this trip. There was so much history and beauty around every corner, I honestly felt a bit overwhelmed at how much there was to see and the thought of how many generations of people had walked these very streets in different eras. My favorite part of the whole trip was seeing Vatican City in Rome. The Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica absolutely blew my mind. While I’m thrilled to have these photos, they don’t even do the city justice. There came a point in every location where I had to just put my camera down and take it all in.
